Thank you for choosing to shop at Thee Audacity! We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

  • Processing Times: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
    • If you need an order to be shipped out sooner than our regular processing times, please send us an email and/or DM us on our Social Media (TikTok or Instagram), shoptheeaudacity@gmail.com.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
    • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. All delivery estimates are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned!

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard shipping is free for orders over $100.
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  • Expedited and express shipping rates are also determined at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • If you need to make any changes to your order (such as adjusting items or the shipping address), or if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at shoptheeaudacity@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for more information. In the event of damaged goods, please email us with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

Delays and Guaranteed Shipping Times:

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers.
  • We will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet the carrier directly for assistance.
  • If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Please note once an item is shipped we no longer have control over it.

 

 


Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you’ve purchased! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, accessories, and final sale merchandise are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, email us at shoptheeaudacity@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
  3. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging or a similar sturdy package, and include your original packing slip.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges on the same item IF stock permits. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • To process an exchange, follow the return process, and specify the size or color change in your email.
  • Exchanges can only be for the same item in different size/color.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your return. We will notify you once your return has been inspected and the refund has been issued.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately at shoptheeaudacity@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements or appear to be in violation of our policies.
